Highly recommend the prompt and professional service, both very important when you have no heat and it's 15 degrees!

Chad located the problem, corrected the issue, cleaned and checked the furnace.

Back to warmth and a safe, reliable system.

Thanks Twin Air!

Great service from Chad beginning to end. Contacted this company via email and received an immediate response. In fact we emailed back and fourth getting my questions answered. Chad came in and was super friendly and explained everything to me. We will be using this company for all our HVAC needs. Thank you guys!

We have used Twin Air twice when our furnace gave out during winter. Two years ago, when a mount on the blower motor failed, and yesterday when the main inductor motor failed.

On both occasions, we were scheduled promptly, they showed up on time, and were able to diagnose and repair the problem in short order.

I give them my thorough recommendation.

The initial service call and installation of a new air-conditioning unit was completed within 24 hours--so much appreciated since the old unit quit on the hottest day since 2013! A real professional strives for personal satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction when providing a service. Nate took extra steps in trying to save the old unit and, then, making sure the new unit would run as efficiently as possible. Kudos to you, Nate, and to Twin Air!
